This honey has a strong taste and is called “Hyakka-mitsu : hundred flowers honey”. The honey that the bees collect from various flowers is called "hundred flowers honey", but it is said that the bees actually visit 3000 flowers a day. The nectar does not become honey as it is, but is stored in the stomach of the bees, where it mixes with enzymes and yeast, and matures into honey. This honey has a strong taste and aroma, so try it on toast or yogurt to enjoy its raw taste, or use it when you want to make bold use of its flavor when cooking.
